Thrall had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They came out on top against the C.H. Yoe Yoemen by a score of 6-1. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Yoemen, too.

Miley Pokorny spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on three hits and racked up 14 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Mikayla Velasquez was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. Riley Luton was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one home run.

Thrall hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least two strikeouts batters in three consecutive matchups.

Thrall's record now sits at 13-9. As for C.H. Yoe, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-12.

Thrall will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Yoemen: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
