After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Salem Academy, Kennedy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Gervais Cougars, posting a 64-25 victory. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 24 points or more this season.

Kennedy's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-10. As for Gervais, their defeat was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kennedy has already played their next game (against Santiam), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Gervais will head out on the road to take on Western Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Western Christian will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Gervais surely won't give up without a fight.
