While Fort Bend Dulles didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-27), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles on Saturday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on Tuesday.

Addisyn Duncan paced Fort Bend Dulles' offense, picking up nine kills. Duncan got some help from Ambika Nair and her 18 assists. Nair was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Fort Bend Dulles has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. As for Fort Bend Willowridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fort Bend Dulles is headed away from home for the first time to take on Lamar Consolidated at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fort Bend Willowridge, they will head out to face off against Madison at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
