Jade Kuntz, Lone Star's leader in assists on the season, led the team again on Saturday. Kuntz almost dropped a triple-double with ten rebounds, nine assists, and nine steals. The effort also marked the most blocks (three) she has had since back in February of 2024. She has become a key player for Lone Star: the team is 4-2 when she posts at least eight assists, but 4-6 otherwise.
