Basketball Game Preview: Norwalk Bears vs. Westhill Vikings

The Norwalk Bears are taking a road trip to face off against the Westhill Vikings at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Norwalk has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since December 29.

On Thursday, Norwalk came up short against Ludlowe and fell 67-56.

Meanwhile, Westhill posted their closest win since January 23, 2025 on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out McMahon 38-36. Those 38 points were actually the fewest the Vikings have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Norwalk's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Westhill, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-3.

Norwalk couldn't quite finish off Westhill in their previous matchup back in January of 2025 and fell 60-58. Can the Bears avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
