Softball Recap: Atlantic Coast's Run of Four Straight Wins Now Over

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Atlantic Coast couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Apopka Blue Darters by a score of 10-9 on Thursday. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Stingrays, who until this match were averaging 3.68 runs allowed.

Stella Lynton made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 4-for-5 with two triples, five RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Skye Deans, who went 2-for-3 with three runs and one stolen base.
