Basketball Game Preview: Highland Rams vs. Preston Indians

Highland hasn't had much luck against Preston recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Rams will head out to challenge the Indians at 7:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Tuesday, Highland didn't have too much trouble with Idaho Falls as they won 60-43. The win continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Preston). They blew past Minico, posting a 65-31 victory.

Highland's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Preston, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Highland ended up a good deal behind Preston in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, losing 50-33. Can the Rams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
