North Kingstown has gone 8-2 against South Kingstown recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Skippers are taking a road trip to challenge the Rebels at 7:00 p.m. North Kingstown's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

North Kingstown is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Rhode Island's top teams: La Salle Academy, who was ranked third at the time (North Kingstown was ranked 18th). The Skippers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rams on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that North Kingstown have lost by exactly two goals.

Meanwhile, South Kingstown didn't have quite enough to beat Moses Brown on Tuesday and fell 2-1.

The Rebels' goal came courtesy of Austin Kleczek, which was the first he's scored this season.

North Kingstown now has a losing record of 5-6-1. As for South Kingstown, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4-1.

North Kingstown beat South Kingstown 3-1 when the teams last played back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Skippers since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
