Baseball Recap: Capitol Hill Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Capitol Hill's offense. They came up short against the Putnam City West Patriots on Friday, falling 10-0. The Redwolves haven't had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Capitol Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 5-23. As for Putnam City West, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-13.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Patriots beat Capitol Hill by a score of 6-1 later that day.
