Basketball Recap: Covenant Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Covenant Christian Academy lost against Fideles Christian back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rams took a 54-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rangers. The contest marked the Rams' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Covenant Christian Academy has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Fideles Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-8.

Covenant Christian Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Killian Hill Christian at 6:30 p.m. on January 12, 2026. Fideles Christian will take on Pinecrest Academy in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. That game will pit two of the most dominant forwards against one another: Eli Shadburn and Michael Lynch.
