Soccer Recap: Greenville Comes Up Short in High-Profile Contest with Mauldin

Greenville faced Mauldin in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Red Raiders fell just short of the Mavericks by a score of 1-0. It was the first time this season that Greenville let down their fans at home.

This is the second loss in a row for Greenville and nudges their season record down to 10-4-1. As for Mauldin, their win bumped their record up to 11-4.
