Baseball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 17-0 to the Grady Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-1 last Thursday.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. Grady has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Roosevelt will be playing in front of their home fans against Sunset Park at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Grady, they will venture away from home to square off against New Utrecht at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
