Baseball Recap: Lawrence County Cougars vs. St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints
Lawrence County started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against St. Andrew's Episcopal. They fell just short of the St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints by a score of 11-10 on Monday. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Caden Case was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. On the mound, he pitched five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. Case was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March of 2024.
