Volleyball Game Preview: Whitnall Falcons vs. Greenfield Hustlin' Hawks

The Whitnall Falcons are taking a road trip to challenge the Greenfield Hustlin' Hawks at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Whitnall is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games.

Whitnall had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Cudahy on Tuesday. The Falcons put the hurt on the Packers with a sharp 3-0 victory.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-20, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Greenfield entered their contest against Whitefish Bay on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Hustlin' Hawks took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Dukes.

The 3-1 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-22, 25-22, 25-22.

Whitnall's win bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Greenfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.
