Softball Recap: Dickinson Comes Up Short

Dickinson's tournament run continued when they took on Iowa Colony on Saturday. The Gators fell 7-4 to the Pioneers. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dickinson now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Iowa Colony, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Coming up, Dickinson will face off against Santa Fe at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Indians' pitching crew has only allowed 1.8 runs per game this season, so the Gators' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Iowa Colony has already played their next game (against Paetow), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
