Baseball Recap: North Comes Up Short

North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 16-6 to the Two Rivers Warriors. On the bright side, the six- run effort marked the Polars' highest-scoring contest to date.

North's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Two Rivers, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. North is set to challenge their familiar foe Hastings at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Two Rivers will take on rival South St. Paul at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
