Deering had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Westbrook Blue Blazes. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Deering were the better team in the second half.

The win got Deering back to even at 7-7. As for Westbrook, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.
