Northwest Cabarrus extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Titus Troy. The Trojans breezed past the Concord Spiders to the tune of 42-13 on Friday for which the team can thank Troy, who rushed for 102 yards and two touchdowns. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 102 rushing yards.

Northwest Cabarrus' record now sits at 7-1. As for Concord, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Northwest Cabarrus will take on rival West Rowan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. That matchup will pit two of the most dominant backs against one another: Troy and Devaunh White. Meanwhile, Concord is set to challenge their familiar foe Salisbury at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
