Football Recap: Montbello Warriors vs. George Washington Patriots
George Washington came into Friday's game looking for another win against Montbello, but Amari Williams wouldn't allow it. The Warriors strolled past the Patriots with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 38-21 with plenty of help from Williams, who rushed for 209 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.6 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 58 yards.
Montbello didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Brad Pixler led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself.
