It was a good run, but Mounds View unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Thursday. They fell 2-0 to the East Ridge Raptors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Mounds View of the 2-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Mounds View's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6-1. As for East Ridge, they pushed their record up to 8-2-5 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Mounds View will challenge Spring Lake Park at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Mounds View will be up against Spring Lake Park's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.93 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. East Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
