While Constantine's victory against Kellogg wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Falcons sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over the Panthers on Saturday. That's more bragging rights for the Falcons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory made it two in a row for Constantine and bumps their season record up to 15-8. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Kellogg, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.

Constantine didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 12-2 victory against Coloma on the 17th. As for Kellogg, they will square off against Hackett Catholic Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Fighting Irish's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Panthers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
