West Lauderdale had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Itawamba Agricultural Indians with a sharp 4-1 win on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won 13 matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

The victory was the seventh in a row for West Lauderdale, bringing their record for this year to 21-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those seven contests. As for Itawamba Agricultural, their loss dropped their record down to 18-9.

West Lauderdale didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 4-2 win against Choctaw Central on the 10th. Itawamba Agricultural does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
