Volleyball Game Preview: Rehoboth Christian Lynx vs. Laguna Acoma Hawks

Rehoboth Christian is 2-8 against Laguna Acoma since October of 2022 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Lynx will face off against the Hawks at 12:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Rehoboth Christian comes in on four and Laguna Acoma on seven.

Last Thursday, Rehoboth Christian made easy work of Ramah and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Rehoboth Christian never let Ramah on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-17, 27-25.

Laguna Acoma won the last time they faced Dulce and Tavani Scott did her part to make sure it happened again. Laguna Acoma was the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Dulce on Friday thanks in part to Scott, who had nine digs and six aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-20, 25-10.

Laguna Acoma's win bumped their record up to 14-9. As for Rehoboth Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 17-6.
