Baseball Preview: St. Anne Cardinals vs. Grant Park Dragons
For the second straight game, St. Anne will face off against Grant Park. The Cardinals will be playing in front of their home fans against the Dragons at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (St. Anne has three straight wins, Grant Park has five straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
St. Anne came out on top against Grant Park on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run seventh inning. The Cardinals walked away with a 5-1 victory over the Dragons.
Jacob Onnen was a major factor no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over seven innings pitched.
