High Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Wise Pumas and fell 95-54. One positive for the Eagles, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Wise got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Cayden Hargrove out in front who went 6 of 10 en route to 12 points and five assists. The dominant performance gave Hargrove a new career-high in assists. The team also got some help courtesy of David Barker, who went 5 for 7 on his way to 13 points and eight rebounds.

High Point's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Wise, their victory was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. High Point has already played their next contest (against Eleanor Roosevelt), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Wise is taking a road trip to take on Bowie at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Wise's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight matchups.
