Tyler Musso turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Wednesday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Holy Cross is undefeated when he allows at most one walk, but 1-2 otherwise.

Coming up, Musso and Holy Cross will square off against Riverside at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Crusaders have some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since April of 2021, but a win here would be a good start.
