Volleyball Recap: L.C. Bird Takes a Loss

L.C. Bird was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Thomas Dale Knights. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Skyhawks of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2019.

L.C. Bird's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Thomas Dale, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. L.C. Bird will head out to take on Powhatan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Thomas Dale, they will venture away from home to face off against Hopewell at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
