Baseball Recap: Southeastern HomeSchool Takes a Loss

After flying high against Coastal Christian last Tuesday, Southeastern HomeSchool came back down to earth. The Cardinals lost 10-2 to the Forsyth Home Educators Hawks on Saturday. The defeat continues a trend for the Cardinals in their meetings with the Hawks: they've now lost three in a row.

Southeastern HomeSchool saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rayne Schoonmaker, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Southeastern HomeSchool now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Forsyth Home Educators, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-4.

Southeastern HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Forsyth Home Educators, they will host Wake County HomeSchool at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
