If Natomas wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Destiny Christian Academy, they should've done a better job of containing Lauren Korver. The Lions put the hurt on the Nighthawks with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday with plenty of help from Korver, who hit 76.9% for ten kills and 16 digs and nine aces. She is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had six or more in each of the last six games she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Destiny Christian Academy was: they took every set by at least 14 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-11, 25-6.

The victory made it two in a row for Destiny Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 6-8. As for Natomas, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.
