Chester skates past Upper Moreland with ease

Recap: Chester Clippers vs. Upper Moreland Bears

The Chester Clippers had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26 points), and they went ahead and made it ten on Saturday. They blew past Upper Moreland, posting a 44-0 victory at home. Considering Chester has won seven matches by more than 21 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Chester found their leader in underclassman Jalen Harris, who threw for 170 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 passes. Dominic Toy was another key contributor, picking up 89 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Chester's victory was their fifth straight at home , which pushed their record up to 10-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.4 points per game. As for Upper Moreland, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Chester will be playing in front of their home fans against Phoenixville at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Upper Moreland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
