Soccer Recap: Westmont Find Success

Westmont kept a clean sheet against Illinois Math & Science Academy on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Titans 1-0. Carlee Englebretsen had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Westmont.

Westmont is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3-2 record this season. As for Illinois Math & Science Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Westmont will challenge Our Lady of Tepeyac at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Illinois Math & Science Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lisle at 6:30 p.m. on the 29th.
