Baseball Recap: Danville Takes a Loss

Danville lost against Nemo Vista back in March of 2020, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Danville Little Johns came up short against the Nemo Vista Red Hawks, falling 15-2. The Little Johns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Danville's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Nemo Vista, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Danville will challenge Westside at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Nemo Vista, they will face off against Sacred Heart at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Nemo Vista knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Sacred Heart likes a good challenge.
