Basketball Recap: Gallatin Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Gallatin can now relate to. They fell to the Billings Senior Broncs 56-50. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Raptors came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 18th, while the Broncs are ranked 76th).

Gallatin's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Billings Senior, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gallatin will head out to take on Hellgate at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Billings Senior, they are taking a road trip to challenge Belgrade at 7:00 p.m. on February 20th.
