Softball Recap: Carolina Academy Comes Up Short

Carolina Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 11-5 to the Williamsburg Academy Stallions. The Bobcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Stallions earlier this season, when they won 10-7.

Carolina Academy saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Raeley Frye, who went 2-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Carolina Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Williamsburg Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-6.

As of now, neither Carolina Academy nor the Stallions have any future games scheduled.
