Volleyball Recap: Casey-Westfield's Victory on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Casey-Westfield won the last time they faced Okaw Valley, and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Casey-Westfield Warriors walked away with a 2-0 win over the Okaw Valley Timberwolves. The victory was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on three straight.

Casey-Westfield easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-13.

Anna Karras paced Casey-Westfield's offense, picking up 12 kills. Karras got some help from Haley Schackmann and her 12 assists. Ava Goble controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Casey-Westfield's win bumped their record up to 18-16. As for Okaw Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-28.

As of now, neither Casey-Westfield nor Okaw Valley have any future games scheduled.
