Redwood 4-3 and
Novato 5-4.
Montgomery made the biggest jump in the standings this week, moving from seventh to third place in North Bay thanks to a 2-0 record over the past seven days. Meanwhile,
Maria Carrillo fell hardest in the standings, dropping from second all the way to sixth place after going 1-1 in the past week. Windsor (3-0) is the No. 1 team in the league.
Although
Ukiah gave up only four hits last week, fewest in the league,
Santa Rosa leads the league with just five allowed all season.
The Wildcats'
Adam Quiroga led the league in strikeouts this week with four. He's first in the league with ten total strikeouts.
Jeff Piver drove in five runners on Tuesday in Ukiah's 12-3 victory over
Fort Bragg. He went 4-for-5 and scored two runs.
Wood's
Kevin George struck out ten
Casa Grande hitters en route to a 4-2 victory on February 26. He gave up three hits and one run over four innings of work.
