Volleyball Recap: Warren Township Extends Home Winning Streak to Five

After losing to Grant Community the last time they met, Warren Township decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Blue Devils came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0 on Monday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Blue Devils.

Warren Township easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-12.

Caleb Bicket paced Warren Township's offense, picking up seven kills. Bicket got some help from Joel Paasch and his 24 assists. Bicket was also a major player on defense: he and Eddie Chand shared the team lead in blocks, finishing with two each.

Warren Township pushed their record up to 17-8 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Grant Community, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-17.
