Volleyball Recap: Shiloh Christian Comes Up Short

Shiloh Christian was the 3-0 winner over Greenbrier when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Saints took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers on Saturday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Saints haven't been shut out since back in September.

Despite the loss, Shiloh Christian saw an underclassman step up: freshman Bristol Bonanno had 13 digs and one assist. Bonanno is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last 14 games she's played.

Shiloh Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 14-10-1. As for Greenbrier, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-10.

Shiloh Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Episcopal on the 11th. As for Greenbrier, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Conway on the 11th.
