Volleyball Recap: Shiloh Christian Takes a Loss

Shiloh Christian was the 3-0 winner over Greenbrier when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Saints fell 2-0 to the Panthers on Saturday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Saints haven't been shut out since back in September.

Despite the loss, Shiloh Christian saw an underclassman step up: freshman Bristol Bonanno had 13 digs and one assist. Bonanno has been hot for a while, having posted 11 or more digs the last 14 times she's played.

Shiloh Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 14-10-1. As for Greenbrier, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season.

Shiloh Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Episcopal on the 11th. As for Greenbrier, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Conway on the 11th.
