Tascosa managed to slip by Lubbock the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Tascosa Rebels lost 10-2 to the Lubbock Westerners on Wednesday. The Rebels' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Kassidy Langeland made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run and two runs.

Tascosa's loss dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Lubbock, their record is now 8-4-1.

Coincidentally, Tascosa and Lubbock will both be playing Monterey the next time they take the field. Lubbock will head out to face Monterey at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while Tascosa will host them at 4:00 p.m. on March 13th.
