It was a good run, but Mediapolis unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They were beaten by the Notre Dame Nikes 78-43. The matchup marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Mediapolis' defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-2. As for Notre Dame, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Mediapolis has already played their next game, a 51-47 win against Winfield-Mt. Union on the 19th. Notre Dame will take on Holy Trinity Catholic in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Notre Dame has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
