Recap: Lawrence County Cougars vs. South Pike Eagles
The Lawrence County Cougars's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They fell just short of South Pike by a score of 41-38. That's two games in a row now that Lawrence County has lost by exactly three points.
South Pike's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kenyia Walker led the charge by scoring 12 points. Alaysha Williams was another key contributor, scoring 7 points.
