Shadow Ridge not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since April 15th (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Valley Vista Monsoon with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Tuesday.

Shadow Ridge was especially dominant in the third set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-18, 25-7.

Chase Fowler paced Shadow Ridge's offense, picking up six kills. Fowler got some help from Austin Kuehler and his 19 assists. Kuehler was also solid from the service line: he led the team with five aces.

Shadow Ridge moved to 8-23 with that victory, which also ended their six-game losing streak. As for Valley Vista, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-15.

Shadow Ridge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Apollo on the 29th. As for Valley Vista, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Perry on the 29th.
