Caston won the last time they faced Carroll and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Comets were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cougars. The Comets not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 26, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Caston walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-8, 25-20, 25-20.

The victory got Caston back to even at 1-1. As for Carroll, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Caston and Carroll will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Comets are set to face off against their familiar foe Culver Community at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Carroll will challenge rival Rossville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
