Basketball Game Preview: Siloam Springs Panthers vs. Russellville Cyclones

The Siloam Springs Panthers will head out on the road to challenge the Russellville Cyclones at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Siloam Springs came up short against Mountain Home and fell 56-46. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Bombers recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, Russellville lost 67-42 to Mountain Home on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Cyclones have suffered against the Bombers since January 7, 2020.

Russellville has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season. As for Siloam Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-13.

Siloam Springs came up short against Russellville in their previous matchup back in January, falling 50-46. Can Siloam Springs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
