MOBILE, Ala. - Spanish Fort (Ala.) had a comfortable lead entering the fourth quarter, but used six fourth quarter points to seal the 29-6 victory over St. Paul's Episcopal (Mobile, Ala.).

After taking the lead on a passing touchdown in the second quarter, the Toros were up 16-6 at the half.

Spanish Fort grew its lead to 17 points entering the fourth quarter. SF scored once in the quarter on a rushing touchdown.

The loss snapped St. Paul's Episcopal's four-game winning streak.

St. Paul's Episcopal's only touchdown came on a 3-yard run by Ostin McPherson in the second quarter.



The Toros had given up an average of 7.6 points prior to the contest.

The defeat comes as a step back for St. Paul's Episcopal, who notched a 42-7 victory over Northview in its previous outing.

St. Paul's Episcopal (4-2) will play a 5A Region 1 game against Faith Academy next week, while Spanish Fort (6-0) will take on Vigor also in a 5A Region 1 game.
