Soccer Recap: Druid Hills' Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Druid Hills managed to slip by Lakeside the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Red Devils lost 4-0 to the Vikings on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty eight goals in the game before, Druid Hills' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Druid Hills' loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-4. As for Lakeside, their win bumped their record up to 12-1.

Druid Hills and Lakeside will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Red Devils see the pitch they'll take on St. Pius X Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on the 16th. As for Lakeside, their break will end when they face Tucker at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th.
