Basketball Recap: Carlsbad Victorious

Carlsbad had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They secured a 60-56 W over the Farmington Scorpions on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cavemen/Cavegirls.

Carlsbad's victory bumped their record up to 20-10. As for Farmington, the defeat snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 23-7 record.

Coming up, Carlsbad will take on Hobbs at 1:15 p.m. on Thursday. Hobbs will roll in looking for their 29th straight win, something Carlsbad surely won't give up without a fight. Farmington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
