Randallstown suffers fourth straight loss at home

Recap: Randallstown Rams vs. Parkville Knights

The Randallstown Rams's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their fourth straight loss. They lost to Parkville at home by a decisive 59-41 margin. If Randallstown hoped to take revenge for the 80-72 loss against they when the teams met, then they were left disappointed.

Chima Egeonu was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a triple-double on 16 points, 15 rebounds, and nine blocks for Parkville. Egeonu is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last five games he's played. Mikko Persia was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six rebounds and five assists.

Randallstown's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Parkville, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Randallstown will play host again and welcome Woodlawn, where tip off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Woodlawn is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. As for Parkville, they will be playing at home against Franklin at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Franklin is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
