Soccer Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Clemens' Sixth in Last Seven Outings

It's playoff time, and Clemens had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Harlingen Cardinals by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. Clemens' winning goal came courtesy of Lionel Nunez.

Clemens has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5-3 record this season. Harlingen now has a losing record of 11-12-1.

Coming up, Clemens will square off against Vandegrift at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Vandegrift's last five contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Harlingen does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
